Sitting Area is furnished with comfortable seating, coffee table; flat screen colour TV with integral DVD player, separate freeview box and items of occasional furniture, a large window lets plenty of light into this room. 

Ground-floor Bathroom with a slate floor and a suite of bath with power shower over, WC and wash hand basin with light and shaver point over mirror. Stairs lead from the kitchen to the 2 bedrooms, both of which enjoy rural views.

 
Bedroom 1 is very spacious and has a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. A door leads from this bedroom to the secluded patio at the rear of the cottage.

 
Bedroom 2 has a full length window with lovely views and is furnished with twin beds, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and curtained wardrobe.

 
All beds are made up with fresh linen for your arrival. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request. There is oil fired central heating throughout the cottage which is included in the rental from May to September and charged at a flat rate of £25 per week at all other times. No smoking in the cottage.

At the front of the cottage there is off road parking for a maximum of two cars. Towels are available on request at a charge of £3 per guest. The lawned garden is situated to the side of the cottage and is completely enclosed by an attractive picket fence and a natural slate bank; there is a picnic bench for guests use. NB Very young children should be supervised. The separate secluded patio is approached via an external staircase or through the double bedroom and has its own table and seating. Sorry we do not accept pets at Rose Cottage.
